Plans purchased at a discounted rate during the promotional period are not eligible for a refund.

2. Limitation: Customers are entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days of their initial purchase, provided they have not used the Neural Agent actively for more than 150 hours. We keep a record of the usage time for each customer.

3. Refund Process: To claim a refund, customers must contact our customer service team on support@breakfreetrading.com within the first 30 days of purchase and provide necessary details including purchase information and reason for refund.

4. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing our services, customers agree to the terms of this money-back guarantee, including the usage and hosting limitation. Customers should ensure they are satisfied with these terms before making a purchase.
