Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://breakfreetrading.com website operated by Beige Ventures LLP ("us", "we", or "our").
In our Terms of Use, the terminology "Breakfree Trading," "our product," "the product," "our service," and "the service" refers to any and all products and services offered by Breakfree Trading, including the website, our training courses, training materials, videos published by us, and all content as well as software associated with our company.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Membership, Subscription Plans
By ordering any subscription on www.breakfreetrading.com , you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and authorize Breakfree Trading to automatically charge your bank card according to the billing period manually selected by you.
Your subscription with Breakfree Trading will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing cycle ends, you authorize us to charge the membership fee according to your subscription plan for the next billing cycle to your payment method saved on our system.
Membership plans with special promotional offers that have been or will be released in the future may have different conditions and limitations compared to our normal offers. Details of these terms (if any) will be revealed at signup, in our promotional materials, and/or marketing content.
We may change our subscription plans, accompanying features and offers, and pricing plans from time to time. All members will be notified within 7 days if changes apply to them.
3. Payment
Breakfree Trading requires that you provide at least one payment method in the form of a debit or credit card to sign up for membership. By adding or updating your payment details, you authorize us to charge your default saved card for fees associated with your subscription to our products and services.
Failed payments will automatically revoke your access to the algorithm, and the system will retry the charge for a total of 5 days after the initial payment attempt unless you cancel the subscription from the dashboard on our website. Your subscription will be canceled if the system is not able to capture the payment within 5 days. You can update your payment method or card details in the Billing section on your account dashboard to prevent the automatic cancellation.
All sales are final, and all promotional offers are limited to one redemption per user unless stated otherwise.
4. Chargebacks
You agree not to process any chargebacks on your purchase from Breakfree Trading; instead, please contact the Breakfree Trading support team at support@breakfreetrading.com to resolve any issue.
5. Cancellation of Service
You may cancel your Breakfree Trading membership at any time from the dashboard on our website, and you will continue to have access to our product or service until the end of your billing period.
It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the merits of the trial and make an informed decision about keeping or canceling the subscription. Users can cancel their membership anytime before the trial ends or before the next billing cycle.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may unsubscribe from our services or remove your payment method from our system in the Billing section, and you will not be billed for subsequent months.
6. Refund Policy
There are no refunds for trials, monthly, annual plans, and other products and services offered by Breakfree Trading. Even if the subscription is canceled on the same day as the auto-conversion payment has gone through. Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund. A canceled trial and associated services will stop immediately after cancellation.
Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows:
- You have changed your mind about using our product and service;
- You purchased our subscription plan by mistake;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system;
- You forgot to cancel your membership before the trial ends;
- You forgot to cancel your membership before your next billing cycle;
- You are not able to activate the BFT algorithm in time before your trial or current subscription cycle finishes; or
- You experience dissatisfaction with our system after purchase.
7. Account
The account you register with Breakfree Trading is for personal use only, and you may not share your account details or login credentials with any other individuals.
You may not create an account under someone else's name on our website or platform. If we find any user impersonating another account, their access to our products and services will be terminated.
The user shall assume full responsibility for any activity that occurs through their account on our system.
We reserve the right to put your account on hold or deny you access to our products and/or services if we find any suspicious activity that occurs from you or within your account. Your access to our platform may also be jeopardized if we find that you do not comply with or violate our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other conditions posted by us.
8. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Beige Ventures LLP.
Beige Ventures LLP has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Breakfree Trading shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us concerning the Service.

In no event shall Breakfree Trading, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; or
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Breakfree Trading makes no representations or warranties as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information, content, service, or merchandise provided through the Service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breakfree Trading, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service;
- Your violation of any term of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of initiating negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall take place in United Kingdom, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms and Conditions resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
20. Age Restrictions
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age requirement.
